Shipping

Delivery may be delayed due to:

We are not liable for any mental distress caused due to delivery delays.

Reverse Pick-Up Policy:

  • Reverse pickup is not generally offered by Novador.

  • If arranged, it will be initiated within 2 days of communication via info@novadorjewels.com.

  • Novador is not responsible for items returned by mistake that do not belong to the brand.

  • We are not liable for misplaced or misidentified products in such cases.

Fraud & Payment

Novador is not liable for any credit or debit card fraud. The responsibility for use of a fraudulent card lies with the user, and the burden of proof rests with them. Users must use their own cards for transactions on the site.
