Refund policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery, and therefore, all sales are final.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. By placing your order, you acknowledge that cancellation is not an option.

All customized or personalized items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

We do not provide Returns/Refunds unless the product is received damaged or parts are missing. For this instance, the customer should provide us with an unboxing video before opening the box seal.
